Colorado Mountain College in Leadville is seeking a part time faculty to teach Emergency Medical Responder (EMS 1015) during the spring 2024 semester, which begins 1/15/24 and finishes 5/3/24. The class is taught in person at the Leadville campus on Fridays with some online work to be completed independently. The students are active participants in the concurrent enrollment (CEPA) program.

The ideal candidate will be an engaging teacher with a dynamic approach to teaching. The Leadville Campus prides itself on the active art of teaching and illuminating learning for all students through experiential teaching in the outdoors and in the classroom setting.

Applicants, at a minimum, should have an EMT Basic certification. Preparation of curriculum, syllabus, and assessments is expected.
